| Clare strengthens Barber Titleys' private client team |

ASSISTANT solicitor Clare Maddock (pictured) has joined the Private Client Department at Harrogate-based solicitors, Barber Titleys, making it one of the biggest legal teams of its kind in Yorkshire. Clare Maddock, who lives in Wakefield, joins Barber Titleys from Zermansky & Partners, Leeds, which she joined two years ago after qualifying with Towells Solicitors, Wakefield. She specialises in wills, probate work and tax planning. Her appointment strengthens Barber Titleys’ private client department to two partners, six additional fee earners and three support staff working for clients nationwide. The department carries out a broad spectrum of work, including trusts for individuals and charities, wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection, inheritance and tax planning and contentious probate and trust issues.
