| New Barber Titleys Partner as Mark returns to Harrogate |

Mark Jones (pictured right), a specialist in trusts, tax planning and contentious probate work, has joined Harrogate law firm Barber Titleys as a partner in the private client department. The appointment sees Mark, 41, who lives in Ripon, return to Harrogate after 15 months at the private client department of Leeds lawyers, Lee & Priestley. He previously spent seven years as head of the probate, wills, trusts and tax planning department at Raworths, Harrogate. His appointment increases the number of partners at the firm, which operates throughout the North, up to eight and staff numbers in the private client department, led by partner, Judith Long, up to eight. Mark Jones says: "I've watched with great interest over the last few years as Judith Long has built an outstanding private client department at Barber Titleys.
